The ESD #3 commissioners manages EMS services and funding located in an unincorporated area of Harris County. ESD 3 currently has medic units housed in  three stations that service the district.  The ESD Admin office is shared within 17774 Cypress Rosehill Rd, Ste. 1100,  Cypress, TX 77429
